My name is David Di Biase, I am a recent Cert IV in Residential Drafting graduate and currently undertaking a Diploma in Building Design through TAFE.
I am looking for casual sub-contract drafting work to build on my drafting experience.
I have a Bachelor of Building degree, a NSW Builder's Licence, and have over 30 years Local Government project and facilities management experience. I have extensive knowledge and construction experience and in the workings of the development process within Councils.
I am proficient in ArchiCAD and learning the intricacies of Revit as part of the Diploma course.
I would be more than happy to do 'grunt' work, specifications, general drafting, administrative work etc. - I'm looking to get a start in the building design industry.
